Even a day or two days trip from Tokyo.
With the driver-guide around Fukushima
(Via Banetsu Expressway / Aizu-bange IC)
Justavi is a little different from a taxi and is a matching service of the "driver guide".
First, select your favorite driver-guide and tell the schedule and the course you want to go by a message. You will make a reservation if conditions are met. The fee is different depending on the driver- guide, all your trips are custom made trip.
However, since there is no car with driver-guide, you must need to make a reservation for yourself a rental car.
Meet up with the driver-guide
at Koriyama station
80 minutes by bullet train from Tokyo.
When I got off at Koriyama station, the driver-guide picked me up with having a board. We went to a rent-a-car shop in front of the station I had booked, borrowed rent-a-car and it's time to start!!
The beginning of the first day is "Tadami River Firsti Bridge"!!
The scenery from the viewing spot is exquisite!
At the beginning of the first day, we moved one and a half hour by car to see the superb view of the Aizu area "Tadami River First Bridge".
There is a roadside station just near the viewing spot. Just at noon, we had a meal "Oyako-don" it is local chicken at Fukushima.
After lunch, depart for the viewting spot. When we climbed a steep mountain path about 5 minutes from the roadside station, we could quickly arrived at the viewing point. Please be careful as you will be out of breath.
The scenery from the viewing spot is exquisite! The bridge is quietly standing in the Tadami River which flows between the snowy mountains.
And, the train does not pass through Tadami River First Bridge only a few on the day.
We took a photo shoot at 13:00 on the train. A train whistles when the train passes. This scenery is highly recommended!!
Depending on the mood and time as I want, drop by freely!!
The temple "Enzo-ji" standing on the cliff which I found in the way to the viewing spot.
I asked for the driver-guide and dropped in there. It was built 1300 years ago and is loved by locals as a symbol of Fukushima. When stroking a lucky cow, it seems that the stroked part gets better.
We came back from the scenic spot and the end of the first day to "Tsurugajo Castle".
In Tsurugajo castle, cherry blossoms in spring are also recommended, but the view from the top of the castle in winter is also wonderful.
The end of the first day to Tsuruga castle!!
Japanese castle is a beautiful scenery also recommended!!
When shooting in front of the castle, it became a nice angle with white walls and white snow. The tree on the back of this photo is a cherry blossom.
I also found a souvenir of a red cow "Aka-beko" calling for luck!
This time I stayed at "Shosuke-no-Yado Takinoyu" of "Higashiyama Hot spring" located 10 minutes by car from Tsurugajo castle.
There was a good light-up atmosphere, I could drank a delicious liquor with a welcome drink.
Choose my most favorite Yukata and go for a private outdoor hot spring!!
Aizu beef "shabu-shabu" is also excellent!!
I was also glad that I could wear a Yukata I choosed most favorite one. There was a charter open-air hot spring so I could relax with confidence.
There was an amount of food that I could not finish eating. Aizu beef "shabu-shabu" was very very delicious.
In the morning of the second day, we will head to "Ouchi-juku". It is about a hour by car from Higashiyama hot spring.
The cityscape of the old station town with thatched roofs is very beautiful. It is the best season for winter.
It is a lovely cityscape of the old station town with thatched roofs,
That feels good to visit to Fukushima.
The view from the hill in the back of the town is the best. It is such a nice view that it feels good to visit to Fukushima just by seeing this beautiful scenery.
Let's eat "Negi-soba" for lunch. There are many buckwheat shops, but "Misawa" eats using green onion instead of chopsticks. The specialty "Tochi-cake" is also delicious.
We moved a hour by car from Ouchi-juku, and the last one to go is "Lake Inawashiro." That's right, we went to see the swans.
Lake Inawashiro is the fourth largest lake in Japan and in the winter it is a swan flying field. And "Mt.Bandai-san" is beautifully rising behind the lake.
The lake is as glittery as a mirror!!
Surrounded by lots of ducks and swans.
When we arrived at the place called "Nagahama", there were so many ducks and swans! Moreover, it is a great weather today! The lake was reflecting like a mirror.
1I can feed for swans, buying bread for birds at 100 yen. If you have feed, ducks will come and you will be surrounded in no time.
We visited to another point called "Shidahama" by guide's recommendation. There were few ducks here, and I was able to take a picture in very close to a swan.
Dismissed the guide at Koriyama station
It was two days trip flew by so fast.
We returned our rental car and we dismissed the driver-guide at Koriyama station. We were able to enjoy a special costom-made trip and visit to a superb view that we could not go by ourself, it was decided as I wanted to do while consulting or asking the itinerary to the guide.
In the car, we kept talking all the way from local stories in Fukushima to my hobby. So I felt a little sad when we parted.
-I will be back to Fukushima and meet with the guide again!!- It was a nice trip to Fukushima that I thought so.
